Issue:
CANNOT SCREEN RECORD
1. Gamebar Says "sorry this pc doesn't meet the hardware requirements for recording clips"
2. So I Tried Radeon Records results Files only 1 kb, cannot be played
3. in Radeon software Settings>General>Video Encoding Type ---> Empty, cannot be changed (might be the culprit?, screenshot attached)
What should I do ?
