Running into a large number of issues when trying to update drivers. First, a game I play tells me that my driver is outdated and I need to update.
Helpfully, it gives me direct information on what needs to be updated, as well as a link.
Following this, I download and launch the AMD Software Installer, not changing any of the options.
Then I run into the first concerning popup.
After clicking OK, the installer continues for a moment, before giving me this.
Clicking OK here beings me to this popup.
My only option is to browse for a source I'm not sure how to find, or cancel. Hitting cancel gives me this.
Afterwards, the download continues for several minutes, before ending with this error.
If anyone has encountered this before, or has any assistance to offer, please let me know. I attempted to contact AMD support directly, but the email contact form is seemingly inaccessible on the website. I also attempted to put this in the PC Drivers & Software community section, but that was inaccessible as well, so I hope this is an acceptable space for this post. Thank you.

Here's a link to the 3200G graphics drivers. The latest version is Adrenalin 24.9.1 from September 2024. As you pointed out, the Vega graphics architecture is dated and driver updates are infrequent as AMD is close to relegating this technology to Legacy status.
Try again after you used the AMD clean up utility which you can download here :
Additionally you can use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to get rid of any traces of old/broken drivers which you can download here :
If this didn't solve your problem it might be due to the fact that AMD ended support for your hardware so you might need to install older drivers and/or even windows 10 or earlier since windows 11 is blocking older hardware too.
Running the cleanup utility and uninstaller didn't change any of the errors throughout the process, but now I get this at the end instead.
My processor is AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics, which *does* seem to be pretty dated hardware looking into it. I assume getting a newer AMD processor would fix the issue? Obviously not ideal but it might be worth it at this point.

Thank you! The game that alerted me to the problem is running without issue now. 😄
