Hi got a FedEx return label for my boot kit but when I got to print I can't the label is blank and there is some type of error code when I open it in a new window. Please help

That error 500 seems to be related to the Website's Servers. This Tech site offers basically the same steps from other tech websites on resolving your end of the problem: What Is A 500 error - WestHost - WestHost Knowledgebase  and also What is a 500 Internal Server Error and How Do I Troubleshoot It? 

If you are trying to connect to an AMD Server then I suggest you wait a few hours or one day and see if you still get the error after doing all the steps in the above links showing what troubleshooting steps to take first.
