Hello!
After random amounts of time of playing games (could be 6 hours could be 10 minutes) my pc black screens and restarts. Does not happen when idle, only gaming.
CPU Temps sit at around 70c when gaming. GPU 50c
I get this error in event viewer:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 15 (this number changes sometimes)
I am not well educated in PC parts so if there is a glaring incompatibility please let me know.
My PC specs are as follows:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800x (not overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
PSU: be quiet! 600w
MB: B50M Mortar Max
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) 3000MHz CL15 DDR4
I have looked around everywhere online to try and stop this, some of the things I have done to fix are, reinstall every single driver lol, move ram around, clean everything, update windows, update bios etc etc
