Hello everyone, I recently bought an HP 255 G9 laptop with this AMD processor. When trying to create custom resolutions for games in the adrenalin application and seeing that I couldn't create them through the AMD software, I resorted to using an external application to create them that I had already used on other laptops, the problem here is that when I put these resolutions in Windows the screen remains black for the 15 seconds that it takes the Windows software to return you to the previous resolution and when I put the games in these resolutions the screen remains black, It does not turn off since black light continues to be seen through the monitor but making it impossible for me to see but hear, is there a solution to this problem or is it not related to the processor? I don't have much idea about computers. It should be said that with the native resolutions of the monitor that already came with the laptop this problem does not occur.
