Better performance in games when using "Power saving" mode in Windows 11
I have a laptop with Ryzen 5 5600H + RX 5500m and some games run way better on integrated graphics ("Power saving" mode in win11 graphics settings). So far i've only encountered this issue in osu (fps gets locked to refresh rate) and nier:replicant (completely unplayable, fps stays at 11-12 regardless of settings).
Switching to "compatibility mode" in osu does fix the issue to some extent, but i still get more frames when using power saving mode. In osu what Compatibility mode does is to translate OpenGL to DirectX (copy-pasted from an old osu forum post).
Another thing is that the issue is not present on older drivers (AMD-Software-Adrenalin-Edition-22.4.2-Win10-Win11-April25 i think is the latest version working fine for me)
Screenshot so people know what i'm referring to

So for anyone that stumbles upon this post: I've found a workaround for Nier:replicant.
Go grab a latest release of this: https://github.com/doitsujin/dxvk/releases
Use 7zip to unzip and untar the archive
Put d3d11x.dll and dxgi.dll in the same folder as game executable
This worked for me on RX 5500M, Windows 10 22h2, games performance went from stable 15 fps to stable 60
