AMD RYZEN 3 1200

120 GB SSD

500 GB HDD

I want to change this parts

Sapphire R7 250X GDDR5 2gb

Old 350W PSu

I want to buy Sapphire RX 580 Nitro 8 GB

But people says it's not good because bottleneck.

I have 400$ money.I need buy GPU And PSU

The R3 1200 is the weakest processor and you will be hampered in performance depending on the games you play, but at $150 it makes very little sense to buy a weaker card.
