Audio not working after using Amd cleanup utility

I accidentally open the Amd cleanup utility and then I redownload the Amd graphic card drivers but there is no sound T_T Somebody please help me!!!!!

I am using Huawei Matebook 13 and I already download the audio driver from Huawei.I am also tried to download realtek audio driver and amd audio driver but still not function

According to the Huawei website the Matebook 13 is an Intel CPU and Intel Iris Graphics so why are you using the AMD forum ??

Are you using stand alone drivers or are you using the pc manager software ? Have you checked device manager to see if the audio components are enabled ?
