i contacted customer care i did everything as they said but no changes last they said take to service

I am sorry but I have no idea what you are asking about your Asus laptop.

What is it that you can't set at 120 Hz? the Laptop's screen?

Do you have the latest BIOS Version installed including CHIPSET and Graphics drivers?

Please post your laptop's specs in your next reply and clarify exactly what your issue is.
