I already chose a motherboard.

There are actually two:

-Asus PRIME B450M-A

and I do not know the difference between the two!

They seem the same!

The CSM version is designed for corporate environments.

There is no other difference, and is of no advantage to consumer users.

You can compare the two (side by side) on the asus site, and the asus support/forum would be the better place for any further questions on their motherboards specifications.
