Any good software that can scan my drivers & software to check for updates?

Its a Windows tablet. I'm thinking about doing it on. I have thought about it before but was always worried that they could give me virusus if they were not safe. Thats why I thought I'd ask here if anyone knew of a safe one.

Do not use 3rd party driver updater programs. 

Go to whatever chipset manufacturer's site ..ie .. if you have Intel giblets in your setup, then go to Intel.com and you can run THEIR driver update utility for all your Intel chipped parts ... AMD guts .. go to AMD.com .. etc
