AMDRewards account says credit used 1 credits available 0 for my Starfield reward

Title

I have activated the code to AMDRewards and it's showing that the credit is already used and I have 0 available. Is this normal or should I contact the support team? I'm worried I won't get my key once the game launches.

There should be Starfield in it if you claimed it.
