AmdAutoUpdate.exe did start alone but why?

I did notice black window on my monitor while I was using laptop.

It did look like cmd and it was black and empty with no text only name on top was AmdAutoUpdate.exe and icon was black and white.

I did find AmdAutoUpdate.exe in amd folder. I did open it and it was same thing.

How can that exe even start without me? what is purpose of it? I see that for first time.

I have driver v23.3.2

Every time I install radeon software I set autoupdate to manual.

I did start to use ryzen master recently I do not know if ryzen master have autoupdate option but ryzen master was not open.

I did remove and install new audio driver for my motherboard today. I did run two exe files one was setup.exe (installation did start) and other was RtlUpd64.exe (nothing happened and I did try few times).
