I've been team AMD from the days of Athlon cpu. Im currently running Win 11 64bit, Aorus Elite X570, Ryzen 9 5900X, 32gb Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600Mhz and a Sapphire Nitro+ RX6900 XT SE. I've been having an intermittent issue where my screen will lock up and the only way to get around it is to reboot but when it restarts im having to reinstall the GPU driver, im then getting an error to advise that there is an issue with the driver install and when i check device manager the gpu has been disabled, enable gpu, restart pc and all is fine. This happens every few weeks or so. Thought it may have been down to SAM being enabled so have disabled that, the pcie express is set to auto as im using a vert gpu bracket and the riser cable isnt 16speed. Ive done clean installs of drivers in safe mode after the full removal of all previous software. Any thoughts ?
