So I had an issue last Thursday with this website. I got locked out of it for zero reason and I have contacted support, but they are refusing to return my support requests. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but it was at the time that AMD restocked their graphic cards. For those of you who don't know, AMD restocks graphics cards every/every other Thursday around 10:00 a.m. I'm a legitimate customer who has been try-harding to get the 6800XT. While I'm not entitled to get one, they should allow me the chance to buy one when the site restocks. I guess they want to sell to scalpers and bots before they sell to "as many gamer's as possible."

AMD cpu's and GPU's are pretty much impossible to buy right now and if you look in any online hardware store you will first be able to get one "maybe" in april month.
Reason is there is a very high demand for computer chips arround the world due to 5G products, electric cars, and nvidia and others who have just released new graphic cards, even printers are sold out and wont be in stock for several month ect ect
Just saying on a global scale what i hear they first expect thing to be normal again in 3Q 2021 
( but dont know about amd or nvidia)
Amd have soldt double as many cpu's and other products as normal and i imagine there is a HUGE waiting list.

I think you have to be patient and if AMD's webshop wont allow you to "preorder" then buy the product somewhere els.
But expect you maybe first get a new graphics card in April or summer time no matter what.
( nvidia have the same problems )

personaly i bought a new cpu 5900x and 6900xt graphics card the day they where released.
Within 10 minutes everything was sold out and this was not even due to bots since the shop page was first made public
the moment the product was avaliable so they could not have prepared to buy it that fast.
