Nice links. However, there is no Ryzen notebook on no list.
In short: There is no Ryzen notebook with Thunderbolt on the market. They are expected for 2022 with the Ryzen 6000 Series.
Note: On the desktop side there are (only few, but there are) mainboards that combine a Ryzen processor with an aditional chip for Thunderbolt, just the way that Apple adds Thunderbolt to its M1-chipped notebooks. I do not know why no notebook manufacturer did so, too. Sorry. Your options are:
- Take Tiger Lake Intel notebooks.
- Wait for more powerful Intel chips. (As of Febuary '21 there is 45W-Tiger Lake expected in June/July. But we do not know yet, what performance level it will gain, maybe Ryzen 5000H level.)
- Wait for AMD Ryzen 6000. (Takes longest, but fulfills your wish.)
