I've recently sent in a support ticket regarding a verification of the 2 free game coupon that was given out for the purchase of the RX 570 or 580. How long does it take support to reply to these support tickets? I'm concerned due to my son wanting to play Resident Evil 2 but the AMD not really responding as seen from others peoples concerns. I had sent in the 27th and heard that people have waited almost weeks. If anyone replies thanks for your answers! If a AMD staff member reads this my support ticket is 538468.
