I've just bought a new Radeon RX580 recently but I did not get the keys for the games as advertised. I sent a request to AMD Rewards support hoping that they would respond but after more than a week, there has been no response. I've already been sent an email notifying me that my ticket was being reviewed and after that, there was no more response.
Is this normal for AMD support to not respond so quickly? Should I send more requests to AMD?
If I'm not mistaken the game giveaway ends on the 6th of April and it is already the last day.

This is a user to user forum, no amdrewards support from here.
But if you have already received and entered the 'sellers coupon code number' on the amdrewards site then you should be o.k. for receiving the games after claim expiry.
