AMD rewards ERROR???

So i bought a RX 580 from newegg, received my code for two free games, but when i enter my code i get an error message stating :"

A qualifying AMD product was not detected in your system. Please install the qualifying AMD product and try again. Qualifying Product(s):

  • AMD Radeon RX 580
  • AMD Radeon RX 570"

but i have it installed with updated drivers and all and my PC recognizes it as my display driver.

Wondering if anyone can help with this, or is having the same issue...

I submitted a report a week or so ago,  it just took them until today to respond. But if anybody runs in to this issue, if you are using Chrome, you have to turn on "Hardware Acceleration" in browser settings.
