AMD Registration not working - Can't access Guarantee request.

Hi,

 

the activation process for the AMD Account is not working. After submitting the form it always admits, required fields were missing, though token has been pasted and secure password has been given. Tried to require a new auth-token four times. Always the same issue. Captcha also has been checked...

 

The Ryzen 7900X I've bought in November 2022 is not booting anymore. The PC crashed in Desktop usage without load a week ago and then never booted again since then. The PC was in use since December 2022 and never crashed before and also didn't have had any thermal issues and has never been overclocked (BIOS Auto settings)

 

BIOS reset didn't change anything. The CPU LED on my Asrock B650E Steel Legend WIFI is constantly red and it does not proceed to check DRAM. So I wanted to try sending a guarantee request, but can't activate a new account, which I need to access the form...

I had a similar issue recently with my AMD account setup—kept getting error messages despite everything being correctly filled out. What helped me was resetting my password and using a strong password generator, which made sure I wasn’t missing any key criteria.For the Ryzen 7900X, it could be a hardware issue, especially if the CPU LED stays red and you’re not seeing any progress with BIOS resets. Have you tried reseating the CPU and checking the connections? Sometimes a loose connection can cause boot issues. If you’ve tried all the basics and the problem persists, reaching out to AMD support directly with a detailed description might be the next best step.
