Windows 10's task manager does not report any real CPU usage on AMD forums with Firefox, so no, there is no miner.

scan you box with malwarebytes which seems to be better at cleaning on crap like that

PS, i get only 1% in opera cpu usage when i visit this site.

Id recommend you to get firefox if you dont have it. Heavy CPU can be caused by browser extensions, heavy websites with video ads and the like. this site is just some html and php/js. it cant really take so much cpu
