I have recently purchased this eGPU for my MinisForum UM790 Pro last August 22, 2024 and it was working perfectly fine out of the box.
But when I try to use it today (October 10, 2024), it's no longer showing on the AMD Software: Adrenaline software (v24.9.1) as one of the available GPU (it usually appears together with the iGPU, AMD Radeon 780M).
The mini PC have 2 USB4 ports at the front but no available Oculink port. Hence, I have been using this eGPU using one of the USB4 ports available. When the GPD G1 is no longer showing on my system tray upon booting up, I immediately checked for any system driver update and make sure that every driver is updated. I also tried switching it to the other USB4 port, but is still not being detected under Device Manager>Display adapter (it only shows the iGPU, AMD Radeon 780M and not the additional AMD Radeon RX 7600M XT like it used to).
I also visited my BIOS settings and make sure everything is enabled. Made a hard reset on both the mini PC and the eGPU. Reconnected all cables connected based on other forums I consulted, but is still not being detected.
At this point, I'm desperate for any help. Also, my proficiency on computer terminologies and troubleshooting are not that great, so please bear with me if I ask some stupid questions from your suggestions.
