Think it would just be easier for AMD to have set a lower Turbo speed and made all cores EQUAL, since we know from reviews that the max turbo state is rarely reached...

AMD confirmed that the Ryzen 4000 series (Zen 3) would be sticking with the Tick-Tock procedure and be built on an entirely new architecture, so, hopefully, AMD will realize the major headache this mismatched core speed is for everyone involved they'll just set all cores to the lowest common denominator.

Interesting. Due to the number of cores increasing these past few years, I have only shown CPU2 in monitoring because it was almost always the hottest, even across different CPUs. I always thought it was luck of the draw from hardware, but after reading that, it sounds like it's because windows OS algorithm selects it more often.
