Do AMD employee's actually offer support in these forums at all or is it just a public forum for users to interact and discuss issues?
I've been trying to get somewhere with there email "support" (and I use that word loosely) for 2 weeks now. Single line email replies and after 2 weeks they come back and ask me the same question they asked me over a week ago which was directly answered!
For someone new to AMD it's left a really bad taste in my mouth and wishing I'd not bother by their gpu's or processors now in my new build.
Is this the best they offer? ie nothing
Can you get any action/reply from them on these forums or is it the same thing agan?
