Can someone help how to fix this issue.. Everytime when i boot up my pc and login i get the AMD Catalyst installer manager asking me if i want to install it.. I tried deleting it but that did not work.

AMD Catalyst, now that's a name I haven't heard in years.

Have you checked what's up with your Startup stuff? If you open Task Manager and go to the Startup tab you might be able to get rid of this there.

Alternatively, it could be Windows update doing weird stuff, so you might want to check what's happening with Windows update.
