So I've managed to find the issue with why my 3500u laptop would take almost 2 minutes to restart or shutdown. Took me about 3 different clean Windows installs to realize that the AMD Audio Coprocessor caused some sort of stall that prevented windows from shutting down quickly. No matter what I did, nothing fixed the issue besides completely disabling it in device manager. Tried 3 different versions of the driver and it did the same exact thing. Disabling it does nothing for me. All of my audio devices work so idk why it installs itself with the Adrenalin driver. Has anyone had this issue?
