AMD & scalpers

Is AMD and NVidia intentionally allowing 3rd party scalpers to buy all the gaming cards, driving the pricing to ridiculous levels?? This also expands to PS5s and XBox.  The boards are already overpriced as is.  Salaries haven’t gone up 300% in the last 3 months. Disheartening

It isn't even really scalpers anymore.  Most retailers have raised prices to scalpers levels.  I'm sure retailers like microcenter decided they might as well get the extra money themselves rather than just selling their stock to resellers and having them turn around and make a profit.
