amd adrenalin not user freindly

I know this might not seem important but it throws me off how do I get the ctrl shift o overlay on my left side of the screen I had it like that before but after a fresh install of drivers it is now stuck on the right side

From the Performance tab on the very top bar (not in Settings), go to the Metrics tab on the secondary menu.  At the far right, there should be a column with Tracking and Overlay headers at the top.  Choose Overlay.  From there, you can expand the Location area and choose an option.  Took me a while to find it.
