Am I able to delete everything or most things in c:AMD to free space?

Hello.

My c:AMD folder takes up 27 GB, most of it from c:AMD>Packeges. I've seen a few older posts suggesting everything can be deleted from this folder and it's content but these posts are several years old so I'd like to know if it is still possible to delete the entire folder or at lest some of the un-needed content without causing something bad to happen.

Thanks,

If it helps, I'm running Radeon Adrenalin (v 18.5.2) with
CPU: AMD FX-8370E eight cores.
GPU: AMD Radeon R7 370 series.
OS: Windows 10.

The AMD Folder is merely a Temporary Folder.

You can simply delete it.

I personally find it a good practise to use a USB Flash Drive to extract the Installer to, so that I always have "Ready to Go" Backups of each Driver in case there's a reason to Fall-Back to an older Chipset / Graphics / Audio Driver.

Specifically Latest Optional, Latest Recommended and Last Known Good Driver.
