Hello, i just built a pc,
specs :
ryzen 7950x3d
rtx 3080
corsair dominator 6000 mhz cl30
corsair psu 1000x
samsung 990 evo ssd
nzxt elite 360 aio
while i'm playing games (cs2 mostly) i'm experiencing very high latency in frame rate. causing a lot of stuttering and really unplayable at all.
everything is clean install, windows 11, chipset drivers gpu drivers as well as bios.
while running benchmarks i noticed that cpu32 is running at 100% constant which i think is the reason for this outcome.
i would be happy to hear what you guys think and if there's a fix for that. i will attach a photo showing benchmark details.
