7900 XTX freezing/black Screen crashing on Warzone and some Call of Duty Multi

New build with the 7900 XTX and I can't seem to get a game of Warzone in without hitting a point where the screen freezes, black screens then crashes. Most times I can't even get back into the game to rejoin. Have drivers updated to 24.12.1, bios and all other stuff are up to date, settings are lowered and doesnt have temp or other issues that would warn me of it going to crash it's completely random. I do get the memory error for my crash that I see on a handful of forums. I've also already done a clean install and made sure old drivers etc were removed. No issues playing a game like Marvel Rivals or streaming it. Seems to be an AMD and Warzone issues

This is still being investigated, but it appears that the latest 24H2 update -- that I regrettably installed when it first came out -- is the culprit for a lot of issues that people are experiencing with certain games. I'm hoping that we'll see more updates from both AMD and Microsoft very soon since game crashing, performance overlays, and other oddities aren't playing nice with this update.

(Assuming that you're currently on Windows 11 24H2 as well.)
