7800x3d always stays below 3ghz basically when gaming. I game at 4k but even when gaming in 1080p it goes to max 3.6ghz. The performance still is great but that still isn't normal. I use high perfromance mode and even enabled pbo -20mv all cores (85c) and tried overclocking but it always stays the same. When using benchmarks tho is goes up to 5ghz (cinebench, adrenaline). Any help please?
