Just built my pc today first time using this gpu and every single game i've tried running said I was out of vram

Those being: dead by daylight, minecraft and lethal company

So i don't reallly think these are very intense games, they are just crashing or noy even opening and its really depressing tbh

The 6700XT/6750XT have 12GB of VRAM, that's one of the highlights of these, getting more than 8GB in a midrange card.

If you're running out of VRAM playing Minecraft there's some other problem going on.
