I want to change my ram frequency.

System specs:

Ryzen 5 5600x (Possibly, you don't need link of it :D)

MSI MAG B550 Gaming Plus

New ram: G.SKill F4-4266C19D-32GTZR

This configuration is eligible to use together?

Probably will not boot at those XMP ratings. GSkill themselves do not list that RAM as compatible with any AMD platforms. Most likely best RAM speed your setup is going to run out of the box with XMP is around 3800 MHz in dual channel mode and dual rank sticks.
