I updated to windows 10 version 2004 last week and installed the latest AMD drivers.

Got round to running time spy today and was pretty surprised by the improvement.

Is anyone else seeing better results?

Does anyone know what changed in this version of windows?

I think that Windows 2004 introduces Direct 12 Ultimate. I believe there are some low level graphical subsystem improvements. Meaning the software does not get in the way as a middle man as much between a game and the hardware. The latest drivers are compatible with this change and this may explain the difference.
