Is it possible to activate my 2nd monitor connected to A10-6800K under Windows 10?

I have 16.2.1 crimson driver installed, and it is the latest listed for A10-6800K on this site under drivers.

Still, my 2nd monitor is not detected by Windows 10. It is detected by the dual-booted Windows 7 with the same driver.

The primary monitor is connected via DVI, and the 2nd is VGA.

So far, tried all combinations of outputs: DVI+VGA, HDMI+VGA, DVI+HDMI (the latter should not work). No image in either permutation of outputs.

Tried legacy driver 15.7.1 as well as crimson 16.2.1.

Anyone has any ideas how to solve this?
