Anyone having issues with the Radeon Software defaulting to zero fan? If so, have you found a fix?
The default global setting is zero rpm. It ramps up as needed. Game profiles override it...and revert to zero (global) when the game is over. Why would you want to mess with that?
I use Open hardware Monitor while playing when I want to check some settings:
