On NVIDIA, there are a lot options to force V-Sync, like 1/2, 1/3, or just to force V-Sync on. Why aren't there options to do this on AMD control panel for all graphics APIs? I would like to play games at 30 fps without microsttutering (like console experience), tearing, or just without a poorly programmed V-Sync through game's settings. C'mon AMD, isn't hard to put these options! 80% of the functionalities on its panel don't work (at least for me)..
