Although it's a bit late now, I notice that us in the RoI can't take part in this offer as the *only* place you show is the AMD site, which has no graphics-cards available, and even then those that would be are all the most expensive.
So I've had to purchase my 6600xt from Amazon, and have no hope in hell of getting anything out of this offer - Thanks for snubbing us in Ireland and treating us as some third-rate country! 😠
