AMD Radeon™ Pro Legacy Bug`s not fixed since 2022
no new AMD Radeon™ Pro Mobile Drivers for Legacy since 2022

Since you didn't bother to post your GPU that you are using and since you are using Legacy AMD Drivers that would indicate that you have a Non-Supported GPU with no more driver updates.

All Non-RX AMD GPUs (R9.R7.R5, and HD XXXX including many Mobile processors) are considered to be Legacy and not supported with AMD Driver updates.

AMD doesn't support the A4 series APU anymore so there won't be anymore updates UNLESS it is some sort of Hot Fix type update that affects all APU security wise or installation wise.

So can try and see if there are Modified newer AMD Drivers that will work with your A4 Pro processor like this one: https://www.amernimezone.com/

An AMD product that I can still buy anywhere today requires driver updates and is not legacy. If there is no new driver that closes the security gaps in the next 6 weeks, the EU-Com will force AMD to do so.

At first, they will not force it cause AMD declared this product EOL some time ago. When there are still SKUs on the market by different vendors, it is up to them or the customer to watch out what they are buying.

The Carizzo-L core is from 2015 and this SKU was released in Q2 2016 and by this time it was already outdated. So please be aware what are you buying, not every seller that claims "Aufrüstbundle" is really selling a good value bundle.
