I have 16 GB of 3200 MHz RAM with 5600 G Integrated graphics. My taskbar shows 3200 MHz, but when I see it in Adrenalin Rush software, it says my VRAM clock speed is 1600 MHz and my core speed  is 1900 MHz. Why is this happening?

Maybe due to it being DDR memory - Double Data Rate.  Two read or write actions per cycle.  Try downloading CPUz and run that on your laptop to see what the app says.

As @BigAl01 states, the DDR bandwidth rate 3200 is not measured in MHz but in MT/s. The actual frequency is 1600MHz.
