i'm really getting mad cuz of this error , it even don't happen in specific times , no it happens anythime , while i'm playing , browsing , watching something , it happens like once every 4 or 5 days , but sometimes it happens while i'm working and i don't save every second , it freezes for like a monute and then the blue screen pop up , i tried everything , i updated my drivers , windows updated to last version , windows memory diagnostic ( showed no errors ) , i really don't know why video scheduler internal error my pc is like new it's been only 5 months or less 

is it a windows 10 problem that still haven't been fixed or is it a hardware issue ?? 

my pc specs : 

APU : Amd ryzen 5 2400g with radeon vega graphics 3.60 GHz 

ram : 8gb from ballstix 

please i need help , thx anyway

what timings does your RAM run?
is it 1 or 2 dimms?
what voltages and what board?

i dont have any bluescreens with my 2400G + 16gb of GSkill DDR4-2400CL15

my board is : asus b450 prime plus , about voltages  and that stuff i haven't opened the bios , but i have ryzen master and that's all the info it gives me (which i understand 0% of it XD )

should i just go and buy also 2x8gb g skill or corsair ? 

also sometimes when i press the start button in case , everything lights in the case but no mouse or keyboard signal neither the display so .... what do you recommend and also what OS you're running ?

try to increase dram voltage to 1.35V or 1.4V
also try DDR4-2133 CL16

usually this error happens if APU doesnt like the RAM

I will buy g skill tridentz 2 X 8gb 3000 , is that better ?

8GB is not that much if you want to use it for APU

it means Windows has 2GB, Game has 4GB and Graphics have 2GB - thats often not enough - and when paired with an HDD it will reduce framerate and you will have lags!

better buy 16GB DDR4-3000CL16 G.Skill Aegis Ram for 60$ - 2x8GB Kit
