I've had this PC for a couple years now but for whatever reason for the past couple months its been having serious crashing issues. However, it only crashes for random reasons. For example, i can easily manipulate my PC to crash with 100% success rate by full-screening anything on my 2nd monitor. That will cause a crash and both screens will go black until eventually i just need to hard reset my PC. This is not the only way it crashes however. For example, if i play a game of league my game crashes at the beginning of games about 40% of the time leading to frustrating restarts. My friends recommend that my graphics card may be bad, but i have a hard time understanding how as i can play many graphics intensive games such as Elden Ring, Wukong, or any sports game and the PC wont crash at all the whole session. But let me put a YouTube video full screen on my 2nd monitor and that's too much to handle? I would immensely appreciate some help as this is causing me to wonder which of my part(s) possibly need to be replaced.

Sounds like a driver issue. Since you have been able to consistently reproduce the problem, I would avoid making anything full screen on your second monitor, if that prevents the issue from reoccurring.
If that workaround isn't satisfactory, you could try previous driver versions, as you state hardware has worked fine for years. Once you determine which driver eliminates the problem, submit a bug report.
Would you recommend then re-installing the drivers? Because as with every driver update for a while now the issue hasnt gone away. And if so how do i remove and reinstall the drivers.
Many people recommend using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in safe mode to completely uninstall the old driver(s).
The Adrenalin 24.12.1 driver is the latest recommended one for your RX 5700 XT GPU. Are you using this version?
Yes I am currently up to date
