RX 5700 XT Sudden Black Screen

My system:

  • AMD Graphics Card
    • Radeon RX 5700 XT 
  • Operating System
    • Windows 10 64bit
  • Driver version installed
    • Radeon Software Version 20.4.2
  • Display Devices
    • AOC G2590VXQ, connected via Display Port.
  • Motherboard + Bios Version
    • MSi B450M Bazooka Plus + Bios Version 017.001.000.042. Date: 16/06/2019
  • CPU/APU
    • Ryzen 5 2600
  • Power Supply Unit  Make, Model & Wattage
    • Cool Master 650W Gold
  • RAM
    • 2x8GB

 

Describe issue:

Every time I hit 3rd or 4th match on League of Legend, the black screen appear and the only thing I can do is hard reset. Audio, voice chat and the game itself still work normally. I also try using older version of Radeon Software but the problem still persist.

My League graphic setting was very high, using borderless window. The problem still happens when using full screen.

do you OC your GPU in any form?

maybe use DDU (in safe-mode after 1st reboot) to clean old driver and reinstall latest driver after 2nd reboot?
