RX 5700 XT CRASH WITH DIRECTX12 IN SOME GAMES

My Pc specs:

Windows version: Windows 10 Home Single language 1909 64 bits

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200g 3.60GHz

RAM: 16GB

GPU: RX 5700 XT 8GB SAPPHIRE NITRO EDITION

MOBO: B450 AORUS PRO WIFI.

Well, the truth is that I have a lot of problems with this GPU, but for now I want to focus on this.

As the title says, I've experienced Directx 12 issues on my most specific 5700xt, those games are Monster Hunter World Iceborne and Warhammer: vermintide 2.

The problem with MHW is that the game gets stuck with every little action I do, it lowers the FPS to 1 and crashes the entire PC, even giving a blue screen, and with Warhammer it's almost the same, but crashes faster.
For now, those are the only 2 games I remember playing with Directx 12 that have that problem.
Hope someone help me with this and future problems.

DX12 is usually "nearer" to your hardware - so i guess your RAM-OC is not stable and therefore you have crashes.
i experienced this myself when running my old Ripjaws V DDR4-3200CL14 as DDR4-3600CL14 - when i reverted to stock XMP it worked fine.

have in mind - some Memory-Controllers even dont run fine with XMP - like some with my RAM need to use them as 2933CL14

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

I understand what you are saying but even without the OC of my RAM it was already crashing, in fact the OC was with the intention of seeing if this worked better.
Currently returned to normal RAM speed

what do you mean with "normal" ramspeed?
because XMP is already "overclocking"
do you use 2x 8GB or 1x 16GB?
what RAM do you use: like Ripjaws V or Trident-Z or Ballistix Sport or Corsair LPX etc

FIRST:
try to run your ram as DDR4-2133 MHz with your XMP Timings (like CL14 or CL15 or CL16 etc)

if its rockstable with 2133MHz RAM clock you need to find a stable RAM OC

SECOND:
if its not stable with 2133MHz RAM clock you can do the following:
- lower GPU clock to "reference card"
- disable Win10 GameMode
- uninstall driver via DDU in SafeMode and do a clean driver install
- lower ingame settings a little (from ultra to very high etc)
- dont run any background programs etc
- disable as many unneeded windows services as possible
- disable Windows Defender and Realtime Protection (this is usually a good start with your CPU - because 4C/4T is not "much" in these days) // have in mind you will then have no virus protection etc

what OTHER Problems does the CPU make?
usually Ryzen APUs are a little picky when it comes to RAM and RAM-OC - that was the main reason why i asked about your OC/XMP

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS

By normal RAM speed i refer that in the bios give me 2 options of speed, if not remember bad are 2933 and 3200, the predetermined one is the 2933 option, and that is what i call normal speed.
The RAM i have is the Trident-Z and is one module of 16GB.
The game Mode of windows is disable.

About the GPU clock, I have lowered the clock speed, but it did not fix the issues.

In-game settings make no difference, for example, in Monster Hunter World I have an average of 29 FPS in both low-level and high-level settings.

Usually i play with all windows close except for the game of course and Steam, and in coop games Discord.

cope140‌ 2933 or 3200 IS NOT NORMAL SPEED BUT OC

use RAM as 2133!
and test again.

btw - 1 Stick means you run Single-Channel - that is a huge performance impact - try to get another Trident-Z 16GB dimm and run dual-channel
or sell your stick at ebay and buy 2x8GB DDR4 3600CL16 RAM

Sorry, my fault, i remembered bad the speed options, i check it again and are 2133 and 3200.
I will try to take my pc to a store to test the RAM, so as not to buy or sell in vain, although it will be complicated with the quarantine ...
BTW, I also made a ticket to AMD and for now they made me do the typical Bios update protocol, chipset and reboot the GPU drivers, they said that if that doesn't work it's probably a problem with RAM as I've been saying ( also all the people I talk to said they think it's RAM)

Try running chkdsk on system drive, sfc /scannow, the usual base system file integrity check. The files with added emphasis may have more clues, the key words above seem to indicate windows components that somehow got corrupt.
