They are still available to purchase on Amazon.com. I just looked.
You would likely be better to purchase a workstation card or maybe a Radeon VII 16GB.
They are basically an RX Vega 64 reference GPU with 16GB instead of 8 GB VRAM.
Maybe you would be better to see if you can use an AIB Vega 64 or an RX Vega 64 Liquid instead.
You chould check if AMD has good driver support for whatever you decide.
