Afaik NewEgg sucks hard regarding RMA and customer support. I am kind of glad that they don't sell in germany, we have enough slimy eggs on our own. 😉

From what I remember, they wanted proof of purchase, serial number, and I had to pay to ship it back. I was without mobo for like a month but other than that it was pretty straight forward… was also like 8 years ago so take this with a grain of salt.

Think about it more as a re-investment in your wages. You buy AMD things, AMD gets happy, AMD looks at employees, AMD pays employees.
