pixel or similar problem in rx 5600xt

Has anyone had this problem? It is an rx5600xt card when I just bought it nothing was wrong, for a couple of months they presented green screens and these pixels someone who has a solution, this happens sometimes or in certain games

did you OC your GPU?

it is either a dying vram or a dying GPU

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

The gpu is factory set, I put the update 20.7.1 and this is more stable for this gpu, these artifacts are less
