performance issues in GTA5

Any known issues with GTA5? I get drops to 40/50 with ultra/high settings fxaa in FullHD.

All drivers are up to date. Maybe its because of my low Ram? I will upgrade soon... but maybe thats the problem.

GPU: Vega 64

CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x

Mainboard: Gigabyte AORUS Ultra Gaming

Ram: 2x 8gb 2133hmz oc-2400mhz

I'm not going to promise more ram will make all issues better. When I had 8gb's of ram GTAV stuttered badly with 16gb it runs great. So that game definitely likes more memory.

I doubt ram speed would cause that.  Some games are just picky and the AMD drivers can be a bit buggy and the Vegas seem  to be more temperamental than polaris. You might look at some of the undervolting advice on Vega here in the forums or elsewhere. For instance if you are thermal throttling currently that could absolutely affect your frame rate. Even though that game is a bit older it is very graphically intensive.
