I typically just let everything run stock with a custom fan curve in BIOS.

Ryzen 7 7800X3D, ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI, G.SKILL TRIDENT Z NEO 2x16GB DDR5 DRAM 6000MT/s CL30, AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX, LIAN LI EDGE 1300, Corsair MP600 PRO NH 4TB

Enabled PBO and set all core boost to auto, didnt bother with a custom fan curve as my EK 360 AIO seems to handle everything fine.

Its not just for gaming performance, i'm into tuning for several reasons such as temperatures and i like a quiet computer.

As of right now, because I'm always changing things.

7950X on a RoG X670E A Board

Curve Optimizer at -10 (was -5)
vCore Negative OFFSET at -0.08v
vSoC at 1.18v
vDDIO 1.18v
vDD&vDDQ back to stock (was 1.3v)
EXPO but changed to CL 30 and tRAS to 56
PBO to enhanced (more aggresive according to ASUS BIOS with Scalar 8X and +200mhz) However max boost clock is about 5850'ish
Custom PPT (Was ECOmode before because i have a 240AIO)
Memory Context Restore to Disabled, so it trains everytime i boot.
Fan profile set in Armoury crate but usually 400-600rpm (140mm Noctua fans)
Pump at 50-80%, well in the winter I can actually go much less like 30-60%

Idle temps at 30-40 (depends, if winter or summer)

Load Temps at 75-85 (depends, if winter or summer)
Gaming temps 65ish

STABLE! No crashes for a year. Hope it stays that way.

Wait.. if i start tinkering it will crash obviously, I mean stable with the last known good configs.

Thats it.

Thankyou so much everyone for help.

I hope you got all the info you were looking for. @johnnyenglish knows a whole lot about stuff like this.

I've found a sweet spot with expo tweaked, set refreshed to 65535, pbo +200, thermal limit level 1 90 degrees. -25 cc0 -20cc1 curve optimizer. Cpu voltage set to optimize. Core flex loaded x3d presets. Auto oc ram and cpu, disabled power down and restore. Also set enable expo profile in advanced adm oc section before setting expo tweaked. Few other minor changes but thats all I can remember atm. Oh set to cssc to driver so it would schedule the correct cores along with core flex. You can run performance power setting if you adjust processor minium % to 99 or 100.

How did you learn to seek and change those settings?
